By ordering from noxxmagazine.com, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

The price applicable is the one shown when you place your order. Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe over a secure encrypted connection; we do not store your card details.

SHIPPING

NOXX ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, with tracking provided. Delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on delivery.

RETURNS

If your copy arrives damaged or faulty, email info@noxxmagazine.com with your order number and a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full. As a printed publication, NOXX is otherwise non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRICING ERRORS

If a product is listed at an incorrect price in error, we may cancel the order. Where payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

PRIVACY

We are the data controller for information collected through the site. We collect only what's needed to process your order and, if you opt in, to send our newsletter. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we use Google Analytics and social media tools to measure site traffic. We do not sell your data, and you can request its deletion at any time by emailing info@noxxmagazine.com.

DELAYS

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including postal disruption and customs processing.
