TERMS & CONDITIONS

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ORDERS

All personal information you provide will be handled by NOXX Magazine as responsible for personal data. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs are displayed before confirming purchase. Card payments are processed via Stripe over secure SSL encryption. Card information is not stored by us.

PRIVACY

We collect data when you place an order, sign up to our newsletter, or RSVP to an event. This typically includes your name, email address, and shipping address. We use this data solely to fulfil your request. We will store your information until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We will never share or sell your information to a third party. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to noxxmagazine.com. This data is aggregated and anonymised.

SHIPPING

NOXX Magazine ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International or equivalent tracked service. Delivery times vary by destination. Local customs charges may apply on international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will offer a refund or replacement on items that arrive damaged or faulty. Refund requests must be submitted to info@noxxmagazine.com within 14 days of receipt, with photographic evidence of damage. A return address will be provided upon request. Once the faulty item has been returned, a full refund including return postage will be issued.

FORCE MAJEURE

NOXX Magazine shall not be obligated to perform its obligations in circumstances entirely beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, fires, pandemics, or failure of third-party services.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, NOXX Magazine reserves the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
